Important Info BEFORE Booking Livestreaming
Streamers are not permitted to broadcast copyrighted music works over the internet without a broadcast license. These permits can be obtained from ASCAP and BMI starting at around $1200.00 per performance. PPE mutes copyrighted works and picks up audio at the time when the copyrighted works cease playing. We can add these licenses to your package if you want your music to be broadcast. Please refer to DMCA law for more information.

A complimentary copy is provided with the multi camera and full production packages and is available for purchase with our single camera package. Our full production package includes documentary style editing for clarity and timing as well. Your link will still be active for up to one year after the event regardless of package.
Yes, if you use the platform we suggest then we will give you an unlisted video that can only be accessed with the link you are given.

Single Camera
Our base level of service includes an HD camera on a tripod to capture all of your event from a fixed position. We provide an on site staff member to oversee operation, and facilitate the streaming. We provide on camera audio, streams up to 1080p quality.
Two Camera
Our minimum recommended service includes two HD cameras on tripods to capture your event in different angles. Your on site facilitator will act as your camera man, tilting panning, and operating your main camera for a fluid live feel. Your second camera is a fixed position wide angle camera. Options such as picture in picture, and live camera switching offer your viewers a lively and captive medium to view your event. We offer upgraded on camera audio.
Full Production
A minimum of four camera angles, and two dedicated staff members. One staff member is your camera operator jumping between cameras and giving a live action feel to the entire production. Your second facilitator is your stream producer, working with the camera operator to do live camera switching between all four camera leading to a high production stream similar to a live news broadcast. This package offers on camera, off camera, and separate microphone audio options.

PPE Events asks for the following items when preparing to stream for your event.
Tell your venue to expect us. We will need access to electric, an 8′ table with linen, and wifi. Please send us the contact information of your wedding coordinator well in advance of your event so we can confirm these details
as well.
If you want to stream in realtime then yes! We ask for broadband quality internet availability when available. We do offer internet hotspots for an additional fee if needed.
Each camera is on a tripod that has a surface space of approximately one square yard, our switcher & computer gear needs a table approximately 6′-8′ long.
