We hate time limits but also understand that some of us are on a budget! We offer both timed and untimed (within reason) full day coverage. We typically start with an 8 hour time slot and can add time as necessary. We don’t charge more for our full day coverage packages however shooting 14 hours without break is probably not reasonable.

We work hard to get you your photo and videos as quick as possible! Each package requires different editing time frames however our goal is to provide delivery by at least two weeks earlier than quoted. On average most couples receive most or all of their content in 8 weeks or less. If you request changes, edits, or reworks then we aim for two weeks or less on these.

We are not Sears Photo. Although there are fantastic portrait photographers here in St. Louis, our style is more realistic, full of depth, emotion, and candid. The look and styling of photos however is all handled in post processing and editing. If you find a gallery that just feels right – let us know and we can edit and add filters to make your content feel similar.

2020 was the year of business failures, and re-emergence. While many business faltered, we pivoted in July of 2020 and embraced live streaming. Not only did we succeed in our goals, we grew at an unbelievable pace. By being one of the only companies to still be employing creatives through the downturn we were able to absorb a lot of very talented and experienced staff members. Now that we are on the backside of the pandemic those same creatives can migrate back to there passions in photo and video.

We have a simple online booking process. Get a quote emailed to you, look at it on your phone or computer. Accept the quote or request changes. Fill out a short intake questionnaire, e sign the contract directly from the same email, pay your deposit, and relax – its done. The entire booking process can be done in under 3 minutes.

You will receive access to a portal through KMH Event Group’s online planning system. From there you can access all invoices through all of your KMH Event Group contracts, services, and rentals. You will be assigned questionnaires for each service you book with us, and you can work on these surveys over time.

30 to 60 days before your event is the perfect time to setup a planning consultation with one of our event coordinators to discuss the logisitcs, your needs, and for photo & video: your shot lists.

On your wedding day – relax, let the pros work.

We begin editing as soon as the day after your wedding. Our goal is to have intial edits done in under two weeks, with fine detail editing taking an additional two to four weeks. Our goal is to have everything out and ready for delivery to you in 8 weeks or less. Please refer to your quoted editing time though in your package quote as in peak times of the year, our editors work longer hours than a CPA at tax time.

Want to add standard prints, archival prints, photos on metal, a storybook or album? Now is the time. Because physical media is taxed – we quote these products on a separate invoice to save you money. Just want digitals? No problem – they are included with a print release in every package – free of charge.

Digital delivery to you via Google Drive with a link that is active for 30 days from delivery. We will also archive your pictures in full quality for 365 days from your event at no cost. We also offer 5 and 10 year hosting plans for those that want supreme insurance and archival level backup. Don’t worry we use Raid 6 dual servers setup to mirror each other. Furthermore each server is in a different physical location. In non geek terms – we keep 4 redundant copies and can have our office burn down to the ground yet still have a copy of all of your work. Since we host our own servers – we don’t reduce your photo size or quality for efficient backups.
